Seaweeds Health Food Store is the sole owner of the information collected on seaweedshealthfood.com. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to
any other 3rd party, except where mentioned in our Privacy and Security Statement. Seaweeds Health Food Store will not allow Customer Information, "Opt-in"
or otherwise, to be viewed or used by anyone other than authorized Seaweeds Health Food Store personnel fulfilling customer orders or performing customer service through
seaweedshealthfood.com. Third Parties, such as Credit Card Clearing Services and Security Encryption Service Providers have access to confidential Customer
data, but are contractually obligated to use said information only for fulfillment of their function.
Seaweedshealthfood.com has made every effort to protect all sensitive, private and confidential customer information under our control from loss, misuse
or alteration. This includes external firewall technology, staff access security passwords, customer passwords, and redundant accounting and audit. While we
use SSL encryption (the highest form of data encryption commercially available) to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power
to protect user-information off-line.
Credit Card Payment -- seaweedshealthfood.com.com accepts VISA and MasterCard. Your orders will be charged at time of shipment. All payments are made in
Canadian currencies. No COD orders and no cash please. Seaweeds Health Food Store uses Verisign SSL (Single Socket Layer) encryption technology, the
strongest data encryption commercially available.
Credit Card on File -- Once you have placed your first credit card order, we can hold your credit card information on file for you in our internal secure
computer system. All subsequent orders can be paid for without sending your credit card information by choosing Credit Card on File as your payment
Phone or Fax Payment -- If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information online, you may choose Payment by Phone/Fax while checking out.
You can then phone us toll-free at 1-877-886-1522 and read us your credit card number and expiry date or fax your credit card number to our fax line at 1-604-886-1582. We will ship your order immediately upon receipt of your phoned or faxed credit card information.
Payment by Personal Cheque -- If you prefer payment by personal cheque, please mail your cheque to Seaweeds Health Food Store, 689 Gibsons Way, Gibsons,
BC V0N 1V9, Attn: Mail Order. Please allow 3-5 days bank clearance for orders that are paid by cheques.
Checks and money orders must be drawn on a Canadian bank and payable in Canadian funds. Returned checks or NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 collection
Registering as a Member, and signing-in to your Account (via the My Account link on the home page) as you enter our site, or Signing-In at Check-Out time allows us to
store and provide both you - our valued customer, and Seaweeds Health Food Store with important statistics, shopping patterns and your shopping history,
allowing you to find your favorite products more easily, and allowing us to serve you better. As a Member, Checking Out is fast, as your
shipping and billing information is on file with us, and does not have to be re-entered after each shopping visit.
It is not necessary to Register or 'sign-in' to the store. As mentioned, Non-Member checkout is an option, but requires you to enter your shipping and
billing information each time you Check Out. Also, no shipping history is stored for Non-Members.
NOTE: If you want to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, you can enter an alternate shipping address while you are

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, please call us to arrange for refund or store credit. Products considered to be defective can be
returned to Seaweeds Health Food Store within 30 days of Invoice date. Please email, phone or fax for a Return Authorization Number, and return shipping
instructions. All defective product returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of your Customer invoice.
You may return unopened items within 30-days from date of purchase. In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please
phone, fax or email us immediately for a resolution. All returns require an Authorization Code, a copy of your Customer Invoice, and are subject to a 15%
restocking charge. Please email, phone or fax for your authorization code and shipping instructions. All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the
date received, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization code. No collect shipments will be accepted.
Note - Seaweeds Health Food Store reserves the right to limit quantities purchased.

All orders to Canadian destination are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service or Xpresspost.
All orders to U.S. destinations are shipped Canada Post - United States Parcel Service.
All International orders are shipped Canada Post - Air or Surface mail.
All orders OVER $100.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA* are shipped FREE OF CHARGE by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
For orders OVER $100.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA*, Canada Post Xpresspost EXPEDITED service is available for a an additional freight charge.
* Remote, fly-in locations within Canada pay a nominal freight charge for regular or expedited delivery. These additional charges are quoted by email,
prior to shipping.
All orders UNDER $100.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA* will be charged a shipping fee of $7.35 using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
For orders UNDER $100.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA*, Canada Post Xpresspost EXPEDITED service is available for an additional freight charge.
Remote, fly-in locations within Canada pay a nominal freight charge for regular or expedited delivery. These additional charges are quoted by email, prior
Orders received prior to 12:00 pm. (Noon) PST will be processed the same day and shipped within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods, orders may not be processed until the following day.
If you want your order shipped to an address that is different from your account shipping address, you can change the shipping address for your order by
clicking on the "Shipping Address" link. Make any changes and click the "Submit" button to return to your Shopping Cart.

COD Service is available for a charge of $7.00 plus GST
In the event that any items ordered are not available at the time your order is shipped, you will be contacted by phone and /or email to determine whether
a) Hold your order until backorders are filled (up to 15 days from receipt of order).
b) Ship your partial order immediately and cancel backorder.
c) Ship your partial order, and fill your backorder when stock is available (within 15 days of order). Shipping will be charged for orders, or partial orders
You will only be billed for items shipped.
Due to the complexity of locating orders once they have entered our order processing system, orders may not be changed, or added to once they have been

British Columbia Orders - All applicable Federal (GST) and Provincial Taxes are charged on goods sold and shipped to British Columbia customers.
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Newfoundland Orders - An 8% Harmonized Provincial Sales Tax (HST) is combined with Federal (GST) on all GST applicable
charges (including Shipping Costs).
Rest of Canada Orders - Federal (GST) tax is applied to all products sold and shipped to customers outside of British Columbia, but located in a Canadian
Province or Territory outside of British Columbia.
Canadian Aboriginal Orders - Orders placed by Canadian Aboriginals are sales tax exempt, with the inclusion of a bonafide aboriginal status number.
